People often ask for the name of a good restaurant in the French Quarter and there are many. I had actually stopped going to Ralph and Kacoo’s because it had been bought out by Picadilla Cafeteria and the quality of the food was very poor. If you’re a local you probably know what I’m talking about. But a few nights ago we decided to revisit the restaurant and see if anything had changed, and it had. It’s now owned by someone new and the food was absolutely fantastic. We had some of the best Louisiana seafood ever and we were pleasantly surprised. Just thought I’d pass this along in case any locals had swore off the place.
And if you’re visiting the French Quarter and are looking for some great Louisiana seafood I highly recommend Ralph and Kacoo’s for the excellent food and the fast friendly service.
